OnPurpose Academy

Become an agent of transformation.

A learning institution, a field laboratory and an evidence-of-experience platform. The Academy turns OnPurpose Futures' research into structured learning, supervised practice and a record of contribution you can stand behind.

In developmentCE 101 is being refined first. Courses are not yet open for enrolment.

01 The Academy promise

What you do becomes what you can prove.

Progress is not measured by content consumed. It is the development of accountable people who can show what they have learned through safe, useful, documented action. Step through the five movements.

Learn

Structured learning in Culture Engineering, Homo Completum and specialist masterclasses, explained in language that graduates and practitioners from any field can use.

02 Courses

Culture Engineering is a progression of practice.

Three stages connect research, systems analysis and real-world intervention. Each one ends in practice, not just an exam. Select a course to open its outline.

You will study

An introduction to Culture Engineering, culture dynamics, purpose, basic social theory, ethics and observation.

You will do

Develop a small, supervised applied project in a real setting.

Assessed through

Pre/post assessment, a project rubric, mentor review, and a follow-up three months after completion.

Being refined firstField associates, including eligible youth corps members and volunteers, are enrolled in CE 101 before they support schools.

You will study

The Multi-Level Perspective, systems thinking, socio-psychological frameworks, cultural dynamics and data.

You will do

Diagnose a real cultural or institutional challenge, with supervision.

Leads to

CE 301 and supervised responsibility in field and partner projects.

In development

You will study

The attention economy, project-based cultural interventions, policy, cultural diffusion and evaluation.

You will do

Design, test and defend a field intervention.

Leads to

Evidence for professional recognition and leadership of field projects.

In developmentThe deck titles this stage “Application”; the organisational profile titles it “Practice”.

Planned
  • InterdisciplinaryConcepts explained in language people from many fields can use.
  • Practice-ledEvery substantial stage connects to a real challenge.
  • Evidence-ledReflections, artefacts, supervisor review and outcomes build a portfolio.
  • Ethically groundedSafeguarding, consent, respect, inclusion and data protection are non-negotiable.

03 Professional recognition

Five levels, earned with evidence.

Progression requires verified learning, ethical practice, supervised project evidence and assessed contribution. Attendance and points alone never move anyone up. Select a level.

Level I

Culture Engineering Student

The starting point: a learner enrolled in Culture Engineering study, beginning with CE 101 Foundations and a first supervised applied project.

What every step requires

  • Verified learning
  • Ethical practice
  • Supervised project evidence
  • Assessed contribution

Detailed eligibility criteria for each level are to be confirmed by Academy governance. We will publish them here before any recognition is awarded. OnPurpose Academy does not currently hold or claim formal accreditation; assessment and accreditation workflows are planned.

04 The Experience Engine

A record that does justice to the work.

Many young Africans contribute far more than their CVs can show. The Experience Engine is the Academy's planned way of turning verified activity into a professional record.

Planned capability

Public profiles and reference letters will be consent-based and approved by people, not generated automatically.

Be first to hear when cohorts open.

Tell us what you want to learn. We will contact you when a course or partner cohort that fits is ready. Registering is not an application and does not commit you to anything.

  • For adults (18+). Young people's learning happens through school Purpose Clubs, with teachers.
  • For institutions. Schools, universities, public bodies, nonprofits and companies can ask about a partner cohort.

For example: Nigeria, Kaduna State. No street address needed.
